原(yuan)理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁(ci)線圈產生(sheng)電(dian)磁(ci)力把關(guan)閉件(jian)從(cong)閥座(zuo)上提起,閥門打(da)開(kai);斷(duan)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁(ci)力消失,彈簧(huang)把關(guan)閉件(jian)壓在(zai)閥座(zuo)上,閥門關(guan)閉。
特(te)點(dian):在(zai)真(zhen)空、負壓、零壓時(shi)能正常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo),但(dan)通(tong)徑壹般(ban)不(bu)超過25mm。
2)分(fen)步(bu)直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)電(dian)磁(ci)閥:
原(yuan)理:它是(shi)壹種(zhong)直(zhi)動(dong)和(he)先(xian)導(dao)式(shi)相(xiang)結(jie)合(he)的原(yuan)理,當(dang)入(ru)口(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)沒有壓差時(shi),通(tong)電(dian)後,電(dian)磁(ci)力直(zhi)接(jie)把先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)閥和(he)主(zhu)閥關(guan)閉件(jian)依(yi)次向上(shang)提起,閥門打(da)開(kai)。當(dang)入(ru)口(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)達到啟(qi)動(dong)壓差時(shi),通(tong)電(dian)後,電(dian)磁(ci)力先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)閥,主(zhu)閥下(xia)腔壓力(li)上升,上腔壓力(li)下降,從而(er)利(li)用(yong)壓差把主(zhu)閥向上(shang)推(tui)開(kai);斷(duan)電(dian)時,先(xian)導(dao)閥利(li)用(yong)彈簧(huang)力(li)或介質(zhi)壓力(li)推(tui)動關(guan)閉件(jian),向下(xia)移(yi)動,使(shi)閥門關(guan)閉。
特(te)點(dian):在(zai)零壓差或真(zhen)空、高壓時(shi)亦能可(ke)*動作,但(dan)功(gong)率(lv)較大(da),要(yao)求(qiu)必須(xu)水平(ping)安裝。
3)先(xian)導(dao)式(shi)電(dian)磁(ci)閥:
原(yuan)理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁(ci)力把先(xian)導(dao)孔打開(kai),上(shang)腔室壓力(li)迅速下(xia)降(jiang),在(zai)關(guan) 閉件(jian)周(zhou)圍(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)上低(di)下(xia)高的壓差,流體壓力(li)推(tui)動關(guan)閉件(jian)向上(shang)移(yi)動,閥門打(da)開(kai);斷(duan)電(dian)時,彈簧(huang)力(li)把先(xian)導(dao)孔關閉,入(ru)口(kou)壓力(li)通過旁通(tong)孔(kong)迅速腔室在(zai)關(guan)閥件(jian)周(zhou)圍(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)下低(di)上(shang)高的壓差,流體壓力(li)推(tui)動關(guan)閉件(jian)向下(xia)移(yi)動,關閉閥門。
特(te)點(dian):流體壓力(li)範(fan)圍(wei)上限(xian)較高,可(ke)任(ren)意(yi)安(an)裝(需(xu)定(ding)制(zhi))但(dan)必(bi)須(xu)滿足(zu)流體壓差條(tiao)件。

選型(xing)依(yi)據(ju):
1、根據(ju)管(guan)道參數(shu)選擇(ze)電(dian)磁(ci)閥的:通徑規格(即DN)、接(jie)口(kou)方(fang)式(shi)
1)按照(zhao)現場管(guan)道內(nei)徑尺(chi)寸(cun)或流量要求來確定(ding)通徑(DN)尺(chi)寸(cun);
2)接(jie)口(kou)方(fang)式(shi),壹般(ban)>DN50要(yao)選擇(ze)法蘭(lan)接(jie)口(kou),≤DN50則可(ke)根據(ju)用(yong)戶需要(yao)自(zi)由選(xuan)擇(ze)。
2、根據(ju)流體參數(shu)選擇電(dian)磁(ci)閥的:材質、溫(wen)度組
1)腐(fu)蝕性流體:宜選(xuan)用(yong)耐腐(fu)蝕電(dian)磁(ci)閥和(he)全(quan)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼;食(shi)用(yong)超凈(jing)流體:宜選(xuan)用(yong)食(shi)品(pin)級不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼材質電(dian)磁(ci)閥;
2)高溫流體:要選(xuan)擇采用(yong)耐高溫的電(dian)工(gong)材料和(he)密(mi)封材料制(zhi)造的電(dian)磁(ci)閥,而(er)且(qie)要(yao)選擇活(huo)塞式(shi)結構類(lei)型(xing)的;電(dian)磁(ci)閥
3)流體狀(zhuang)態:大(da)至(zhi)有氣態(tai),液態(tai)或混合狀(zhuang)態,特(te)別是(shi)口(kou)徑大(da)於(yu)DN25時(shi)壹定(ding)要區分(fen)開(kai)來;
4)流體粘度:通常(chang)在(zai)50cSt以(yi)下(xia)可(ke)任(ren)意(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze),若超過此值(zhi),則要選(xuan)用(yong)高粘度電(dian)磁(ci)閥。
3、根據(ju)壓力(li)參數選擇(ze)電(dian)磁(ci)閥的:原(yuan)理和(he)結構品(pin)種(zhong)
1)公稱(cheng)壓力(li):這(zhe)個參(can)數與(yu)其它通(tong)用(yong)閥門的含義(yi)是(shi)壹樣的,是根據(ju)管(guan)道公稱(cheng)壓力(li)來定(ding);
2)工(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li):如(ru)果工(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li)低(di)則必須(xu)選用(yong)直(zhi)動(dong)或分(fen)步(bu)直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)原(yuan)理;zui低(di)工(gong)作(zuo)壓差在(zai)0.04Mpa以(yi)上(shang)時(shi)直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)、分(fen)步(bu)直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)、先(xian)導(dao)式(shi)均可(ke)選用(yong)。
4、電(dian)氣選(xuan)擇:電(dian)壓規(gui)格應(ying)盡(jin)量優(you)先(xian)選(xuan)用(yong)AC220V、DC24較為(wei)方(fang)便。
5、根據(ju)持(chi)續工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)長短來選(xuan)擇(ze):常(chang)閉、常(chang)開(kai)、或可(ke)持(chi)續通(tong)電(dian)
1)當電(dian)磁(ci)閥需(xu)要(yao)長(chang)時間(jian)開(kai)啟(qi),並且持(chi)續的時間(jian)多(duo)於關(guan)閉的時間(jian)應(ying)選(xuan) 用(yong)常(chang)開(kai)型(xing);
2)要(yao)是(shi)開(kai)啟(qi)的時間(jian)短或開(kai)和(he)關的時間(jian)不(bu)多(duo)時,則選常(chang)閉型(xing);
3)但(dan)是(shi)有(you)些(xie)用(yong)於(yu)安全(quan)保護(hu)的工(gong)況(kuang),如(ru)爐、窯火焰(yan)監測,則不(bu)能選常(chang)開(kai)的,應(ying)選(xuan)可(ke)長期(qi)通電(dian)型(xing)。
6、根據(ju)環境(jing)要(yao)求(qiu)選擇輔助(zhu)功能:防(fang)爆(bao)、止回、手動、防(fang)水(shui)霧(wu)、水(shui)淋(lin)、潛(qian)水(shui)。
